Procedures to open an Account
For U.S. Citizens and Foreigners
To make your initial investment by wire:
First, call Mutual Shareholder Services, the fund Administrator (877-676-3386 ext. “O”) to say that you would like to open an account by sending the initial investment by wire. You will be directed to the person handling the MP 63 Fund, who will provide an email address for you to return a filled- out application form and who will assign an account number to you. Application forms are provided at the Fund Website, MP63Fund.com. (Click the “Accounts” link, which is located at the top right in the grey-blue band on the home page.)
Then, instruct your bank to send the wire to the following address: U.S. Bank, N.A., Cincinnatti, OH, ABA 042000013 For credit to the MP 63 Fund, Account Number (enter your account number)
Your investment will be based on the closing price on the day your check is received by Mutual Shareholder Services, the Fund Administrator. Or, in the case of a wire, the closing price on the day that Mutual Shareholder receives an acknowledgement of the wired funds from the custodian bank.
